East Recreational Soccer is a program ran by the Arrowhead Youth Soccer Association and is designed for boys and girls ages 6-18 who want to play the sport at a recreational level.

Lower Division: Ages 5-12 Registration End of April through the beginning of May - Season begins August and runs through September or early October. There are no tryouts; Generally games are played one night per week. Most games held within a 30-mile radius of Duluth. Players U11-12 can also play upper division.

Upper Division: Ages 11-19 The contact person for Girls is listed on the AYSA web site. Season begins in late May. There are no tryouts; Generally games are played two nights a week. Most games are held within a 30-mile radius of Duluth. Overall, the East Lower and Upper Division programs strive to teach skills and techniques to build each boy or girl's playing abilities, in a less competitive environment. Once these skills are developed, players have the option to move on to more competitive play in the East Select Soccer program. See AYSA web site for age levels and more information
