Registration for the 2008 Lake Superior Open Registration is by mail. Payment of $375.00 per team for U11's and higher must accompany registration or be received for it to be considered complete. Payment of $250.00 for the U-9 and U-10 Jamboree must also accompany registration. Registration covers all tournament expenses and there are no additional player fees.

In order to provide the most competitive experience for the teams, selection will be made based on competitive level of the teams applying. Preference may also be given to geographical distribution to provide competitors the opportunity to play new teams. The minimum bracket for any age division is 4 teams and the maximum is 12 teams. Confirmations will be emailed upon receipt. Registration will be at our tournament headquarters, Blackwoods Grill, 2525 London Road. Register a minimum of 1.5 hours before games on FRIDAY ONLY. If your team plans on registering on Saturday, please contact Kirstin Leider at (218) 391-0715 to make arrangements to register at the field. Rosters, guest player forms, player passes and medical release forms are required at registration. Rosters, guest player forms and player passes may be required at the fields. Tournament schedules, brackets and rules, along with field maps and general information will be mailed in June. Once your registration is received and confirmed, no refunds will be made.
